Email is the best way to reach us. Send us as much detail as you can, including your order number if your message is about an order, and we'll take it from there.
Support Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Messages that arrive outside these hours, on weekends or on public holidays, will be picked up on the next working day.
Response Time
We aim to reply to every message within 24 to 48 hours. During busier periods it can occasionally take a little longer, but nothing gets left unanswered.
Before You Write
To help us sort things out in a single reply, it's useful to include:
- Your order number, if your question relates to an order
- The name of the piece you're asking about
- Photos, if something doesn't look the way you expected
- Your sizing or styling question in as much detail as you like
